I believe writing will always lead you to the answers within yourself. Keep it up. And remember prioritizing yourself isn't selfish. You need time to refuel so you can help others.

I have many physical limitations but I went skydiving this past week and never felt more alive! Limited doesn’t = lifeless. Live to your fullest, regardless of limitations!

It is a pleasure to read and to try to understand your feelings. Thanks for sharing.

Writing anyway helps a lot. I understood that in my job. It was a difficult job, involving people and difficulties for these people. So I had to write everything I could, and it helps.

I feel for you, Jane. Being is also a good option rather than doing, at least some of the time.

Let yourself feel. I find writing to be extremely therapeutic AND sometimes it keeps me in my head. Balancing writing with meditation allows me to access all the parts of me that need support. Sometimes I just need to feel sad for a bit. Sending hugs, Jane.

Just a bad day. Those will happen. Some days hurt more than others. We all have them.

Writing will help your mental pain. Might even get your mind off the other things. You let things out. Find a happy feel good subject if you can and go to town with it. Or something you know very well, something you can express confidence in. That will help it all feel just a little better.

Thanks Ken! Writing does help sort through things sometimes. Maybe time to research and write something different. Not a bad idea
