You are such a strong woman, not just physically. I am impressed. Beautiful setting, especially with the birds singing.

Thanks so much, Kathleen! I watch that video to remember I was able to do that not long ago. I love how serene and full of spring our yard looked that day

I’ve had those vitreous separations with lots of floaters in both eyes, and they do get better, but not right away. Retinal detachments can happen, however. Standing on your head is probably not a very good idea, and I wonder how that affects your back as well. You must have very strong arms!!!

Good times, right? The floater is annoying! The headstand bench helped my back actually. It's good for core and balance. I had to stop 2 weeks ago beside of vitreous attachment and then a week ago helping my dog when he was so sick. My sacrum hasn't been right I had my son 18 years ago

You will be fine! Your eye won't go south! I have this in both eyes. It actually gets better, stabilising after a while. Take it easy :) Hugs xx

Oh my second eye will probably go next they said. I don't understand the retina risk 😕

Thanks so much the eye thing is very common over 50, but there is a risk of it after it separates in the 1st 6 weeks. I think a lot of people don't know it happened. Right now it's the back. I still have no idea how it happened
