When Life Turns Upside Down

I will be back

4 more weeks - until detached retina risk passes

4 more weeks for sacroliitis in back to heal.

3 more weeks of physical therapy

I feel stronger now

I can feel discouraged some days

It can take longer to heal as we age

I can feel depressed

I am human

What it does not mean

I failed

All or nothing

I'm old

I have to sit in a rocking chair (unless I want to).

I can't get stronger

It's over for me

Never give up!
