We might have been separated at birth. Shoulder. Knees. Menopause. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ My asthma started my spiral after I was hospitalized for 6 days...breathing is important. But I couldn't work out, or really do anything. Then came the left shoulder. Then came the right knee, which now is feeling so much better. Anyway... I feel you on so many levels here...menopause sucks. Ay 68, it was time ago lose the patch and be a brave girl. And... here come the hot flashes. πŸ˜‚ I almost have to laugh. One thing that helps me is finding something I can control. I may not be able to control what happens to me as I age, but I CAN control other things... even it's gardening, cleaning my house, or my car. Ive gained weight. I can lose it with protein, no booze, and exercise. But sometimes I want that glass of wine. It's all such a balancing act. I'm realizing what's really important is overall good health. And moisturizer. Lots of moisturizer. πŸ˜‚ HANG IN THERE!

We really have been separated at birth lol, especially with knees and shoulder now. It's a panicky feeling I have when I feel like I'm losing control of everything, but they are a few things but mobility and being active so important. I'm getting shoulder injections this week I hope it will help. Thankful no surgery needed

So sorry to hear about your asthma. No fun at all

Let us know about the shoulder injections. After my visit to PT today, they gave me the work to do for my shoulder when I was there the last time...and by golly, it worked then. But I got lazy and stopped doing the exercises. Well, I'm back baby! πŸ˜ƒ I'm gonna give it hell and see if I cant reverse the trend for a little while longer. Good luck to all of us! ❀️

That's great! Pt is definitely worth it. I'm doing it for my knees until I'm "old enough" for replacements. I'll keep you all posted with my injections. Good luck with everything!
