"Tears on the outside fall to the ground and are slowly swept away. Tears on the inside fall on the soul and stay and stay and stay ..." It's always good to get the tears and sadness out. Never bury it inside where it will only grow.

You did well, Jane!

Jane my sweet friend ,First of all great poem . Second of all . I honestly think more people do that than just you and I .Sometimes our thoughts and memories hit are brain at strange times . I didn't cry when i was 10 and my dad did , yet i did a month ago . My ex was the exact opposite she laughed at car wrecks her families funerals even her moms and dads . Think we got the best part of it . hugs to you and your family

Thanks, Mitch. It's tough to know what triggers grief and delayed grief. I don't think we ever get over grief. We never do

Beautiful. It is hard to physically purge those emotions but you feel so good afterward.
