I think our presence online is but a shadow. It isn't really us, at least not all the time. Sometimes it's more like the hand shadows we made as kids into a dog's face or a rabbit's head or birds flying away.
Beautiful presentation Jane. It seems if we are interested in becoming whole humans, the shadows can't not be ignored, even enjoyed, as you said the light shows us. Thank you
The last two lines are marvellous; Thanks Jane.
Thanks so much, Karl!
You figured it out! Our triggers exist so we can pay attention to where we need to shine our light
I think I figured it out then I have to learn again. Life long learning
Jane, perfect poem. The last two lines are a powerful way to end.
Thanks so much, Beth :)
Introspection at its best. Thank you, Jane!
Thanks so much, CJ

So true with online presence. That's a great analogy with shadow puppets

Thanks so much for your kind words, Prajna! The shadow cannot be ignored sometimes it needs a floodlight, lol
YUP!
This is such an important practice, and one that we often overlook. Thank you for the reminder ... especially one so artfully presented.
Thanks so much, Jamie. It's not easy to look at, for myself that us. I appreciate your commenting
It’s not easy. But it can be so illuminating. 😉
For sure!
Thanks so much, Mitch. I hope you are doing well
