Isnt this true...slow and steady. Patience. Patience? What the hell is patience? 😂 Today is the FIRST day I can honestly say that I might be seeing some light at the end of the tunnel with my right knee...it still feels like its been beaten with a hammer, but less pain now...Physical Therapy does a tremendous job if I just do what she tells me. I tell her that and she just grins! Hang in there....we'll make it! 👍
That's great news! I'm so happy to hear that! It takes time but physical therapy works. I feel like I have some control over my recovery with this and that is part of it too.
