I love how you reach into our hearts so deeply with yours! I don’t recognize some of the emotions I’ve masked for so long until I read a story or a poem that brings it up for me to learn, grow, and heal from. Thank you!

Yes! That happens to me with other writers here. Sometimes the writing hits so hard it knocks the air out of me - and that's when the healing starts

I don’t know how empathy interacts with our own grief. It is always appreciated. However, there are times when you need to put yourself and your needs first.
