I feel the pain. It's hard to make someone else understand, I don't have anyone in my life who can, but no worries, I make a story or a poem out of them. And now on a delusional note, if I become a successful writer it'll be thanks to those bad, sad feelings. See the positive end, I guess.

I am a Type A recovering perfectionist. The fatigue is REAL. Of course making myself rest is another story... Sometimes life is a lot. For me, prioritizing sleep makes all the difference. When I don't, the 💩 hits the 🪭

Yes. Physical fatigue can compound mental fatigue, then emotional fatigue, it's a vicious cycle
