There’s such vulnerability in asking whether writing will free you or expose you. That tension between wanting to be seen and fearing how you’ll be perceived is something so many people carry but rarely say out loud. I love the idea that the words are both escape and return, taking you somewhere new while keeping you close to yourself. The questions feel less like doubt and more like courage in motion. Pieces like this are why writing becomes a way back to who we are.
Writing has been therapy for me in some ways. I am amazed at what I can learn about myself when I just write. This writing about nothing or so I thought says something.
I truly appreciate your insight and comments on my post!
