It wasn’t ok
It’s OK to say
Why did you take so long to speak?
It’s comfort now I seek
as I continue to doubt
my mind in a round about
Why didn’t she speak sooner?
Shame
Denial
Self-doubt
Fear
AM I MAKING MYSELF CLEAR!
Instead, the slime
inside of her mind
grows deeper
and she tries to run again.
