Gel Knee Injections -Horray

Ground Hog Day once again

Round 3 (or is it 4) for knee gel knee injections completed

I need them for my knee bone on bone arthritis. I need them to work a dog walker and business owner. I need them to help with pain and add the missing cushion to my patellar knee joint

I can think of a better way to spend $900 (at a discount). My insurance only covers once a year

So for today and tomorrow I am following my doctors orders and taking it easy.

I have some pain and stiffness. Fatigue. My body feels off with the injections or is it in my mind? Inflamation in the body can cause symptoms. Maybe it's my body saying you need to rest.

I give my body permission to rest. Doctor’s orders. Rest is so difficult sometimes. Rest is work. Rest is necessary and we need it to heal.
