I find peace with my cats, taking walks, and doing yoga. Meditation helps, too. When I'm feeling off, I listen to a guided meditation. Oh, and there's nothing like a shower to get back on track. πŸ˜»πŸšΆπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸšΏ

Peace with animals and nature for sure.

Yoga.

Meditation.

I can't worry about limitations.

I have to get away from this rectangle

And see life at another angle

Dang, Pam!! You got me to write another poem 🀣

My mom found peace working in her flower beds. It was her therapy she said. She was a country girl born about a quarter mile from the home she raised her family.

She raised different flowers because she found them pretty in a catalogue. She would order them and decide where to plant them. Under her loving care they would grow. Only a few people knew of the flowers in full bloom at her home. When she was found we believe she was planting some new Iris's she had just received. She was outside next to a freshly tilled area with some Iris bulbs next to her. I didn't see her but a friend of ours that I asked to check on her told me.

That's wonderful with your mom and gardening. Dirt therapy a friend of mine calls it that. There is peace in nature. She was gardening until she was called and happy I'm sure.

Bulbs live on and they are there when we don't see them. Enjoy those for her
